El Lagar Megastores Costa Rica
At El Lagar, one of the most recognized megastore chains in Costa Rica, ventilation is not just a functional necessity, but also an essential component of the shopping experience. It was precisely this vision that led them to trust Vortice to implement a robust, efficient, and aesthetically integrated solution with their architecture.
Over two years ago, our industrial fans were installed in various strategic areas of the establishments, and since then they have presented no issues. No corrective maintenance, no failures, no interruptions. This reliability has allowed the El Lagar team to focus on what matters most: their customers.
The large-format fans have not only improved air circulation in the main aisles, but have also marked a before and after in the perception of space. The larger units cover several sections, while the more compact ones are strategically placed to ensure uniform climate control. The result has been a more comfortable and pleasant shopping experience for visitors, which has been recognized by the customers themselves.
This testimonial reaffirms our commitment to offering durable, efficient solutions with a design that elevates our clients brand identity. With Vortice, El Lagar found a strategic ally in industrial ventilation.
DEN 7 Residential Project Costa Rica
The DEN7 project is a modern nine-story residential complex with two basement levels, located in one of the most dynamic urban areas of Costa Rica. From the very beginning, Electromecánica CR knew that ventilation would be a key factor in ensuring comfort, safety, and efficiency for this development. That is why they chose Vortice as their partner to design and implement a comprehensive ventilation system worthy of the challenge.
Together with Electromecánica CR, we provided a complete solution covering basement and parking ventilation, as well as residential and commercial areas. We implemented supply and extraction systems that not only comply with all current regulations, but also adapt perfectly to the spatial challenges and building layout.
Our collaboration focused on offering customizable, compact, and high-performance systems, capable of operating efficiently in limited spaces, such as the small space between the false ceiling and the floor slab. Vortice and Casals technology enabled perfect integration with the infrastructure, without compromising functionality or design.
Engineer Yerith Carballo, who led the project, highlights the constant support of our team, from the design stage to after-sales service. In her words, Vortice was not just a supplier, but a true strategic partner. Her testimonial is the validation of a successful joint effort that today translates into a building with well-ventilated, healthy, and safe environments.
