About Us

Today, VORTICE is a multinational Group operating through its own subsidiaries and local distributors in more than 90 countries worldwide, in the residential, commercial and industrial ventilation sectors, as well as in air treatment in general.

Around 300 people work across the Group’s companies on three continents: Europe, Asia, and Central and South America.

The historic headquarters of VORTICE SpA are located in Tribiano, near Milan, where approximately 160 people are employed. The Group’s subsidiaries include VORTICE UK Ltd (opened in 1977 and based in Burton upon Trent) and the Loran companies (acquired in 2010 and headquartered in Isola della Scala near Verona), where the Group concentrates its know-how in the field of industrial air treatment.

VORTICE Ventilation System, based in Changzhou (China), was established in 2012 to design, manufacture and market products specifically developed for the Chinese market.

VORTICE Latam, headquartered in San José (Costa Rica), was established in 2012 as a commercial company responsible for supporting the growth of the South American and Latin American markets.

VORTICE SpA also announced the acquisition of the historic Spanish brand CASALS, acquiring 100% of the share capital of VENTILACIÓN INDUSTRIAL IND. SL (Sant Joan de les Abadesses, Girona, Catalonia, Spain), a company operating in the industrial ventilation systems sector.

Today, VORTICE is also expanding its presence in Poland — the newly opened VORTICE Polska office supports local partners and customers by providing access to European ventilation solutions and professional technical support.

In addition, VORTICE maintains a global presence through a network of more than 100 business partners, forming a professional and effective distribution structure worldwide.
